5.3 Encryption and Data Protection in Transit and at Rest

All sensitive data, including customer data and business information, is encrypted both in transit and at rest. For data in transit, we use secure communication protocols such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect data during transmission over the internet.

Data at rest stored in our databases, servers, and other storage devices is encrypted using algorithms such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption keys are securely managed with strict access control measures in place.

Our Information Security team regularly reviews and updates encryption standards and key management practices in line with industry best practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
